Dentist’s Consent For Treatment


If a dentist, dental nurse or hygienist is providing you with dental treatment, it is their responsibility to discuss the procedure with you, explaining how it is carried out and any risks attached to the treatment.  If your dentist does not explain what is involved or the risks associated, or an unqualified employee of the dental practice to explain then you maybe eligible to make a claim for compensation if something goes wrong with the procedure.
